*All fees are in US dollars. Please note that these registration deadline dates are based on Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Onsite registration
For onsite registration, only cash in Hong Kong Dollars is accepted.
Banquet
A banquet will be held on July 8, 2023. For attendees would would like to join the banquet, a banquet fee of $60 can be added to their total registration cost. There will be shuttle buses to commute between the conference site and the banquet venue.
One Speaker/One Abstract Policy
Except in cases where the speaker is receiving an ICSA prize or award, individual speakers may not speak at two sessions in the conference. But one can serve as a discussant in another invited session while speaking or serving as a panelist in an invited or contributed session. Each presentation abstract can be submitted only to one invited/contributed session.
Cancellation Policy
Unless approved by the Committee, all conference participants must register (except for keynote speakers). A full refund for registration will be made if cancellation is requested on or before May 15, 2022. No refund will be issued if registration is canceled after May 15, 2022.
Abstract Submission
Abstract submission for invited speakers is included in the registration process. Invited speakers must provide their session code during registration. If you do not know your session code you may look it up here. Additionally, please be able to provide your abstract title and text, co-author information (name and affiliation), and payment at the time of registering.
